Joshua T. Levine
Mr. Levine is a Technical Analyst for Insurance Buyers' Council, Inc., an independent risk management and insurance consulting firm headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. He joined the firm in 2024.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Risk Management and Insurance as well as an Actuarial Science Certificate from the University of Georgia. He recently graduated, completing courses in Commercial Property and Liability Insurance, Employee Benefits, Corporate Risk Management, Actuarial Probability Concepts, and Theory of Interest. Mr. Levine is working to obtain his Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.
Mr. Levine works closely with the Property & Liability, Actuarial, and Pooling and Group Insurance consulting teams. His role includes underwriting prospective pool members, loss run analysis, assisting in insurance renewals, contract review, and issuance of certificates of insurance.
