Angela H. Hubbard
Mrs. Hubbard is a technical analyst with insurance buyers’ council, inc. She joined the firm in 2014.
Angela joined IBC in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant with 13 years of extensive experience providing multi-levels of professional support where needed while demonstrating perseverance and integrity to deliver a solid performance. Through the years, Angela has grown her skills from performing daily operational tasks in an administrative role, to developing and perfecting her analytical and technical role, becoming an integral part of the Employee Benefits Practice. She has the proven ability to adapt to the industry complexities, as well as the everchanging dynamics of the market. Angela collaborates closely with our Employee Benefits Consultants and has been instrumental in streamlining processes and workflows to manage deliverables timely and accurately throughout the year. Including but not limited to, marketing analysis, plan design analysis, claims projections, utilization trends, proposal reports and presentations, research, group insurance contract analysis, competitive bid analyses, analysis of benefit features and rates for existing and new plan options, implementation support, and prepares carrier and client correspondence. Prior to IBC, Angela was the Executive Secretary to the Dean of Students at a private school in Baltimore County, Maryland. Currently Angela is a Candidate for Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) program sponsored by Wharton School.
