Jaclyn Davies, CPCU, ARM, MBA
Jaclyn Davies is a Senior Consultant for Insurance Buyers’ Council, Inc. Ms. Davies joined IBC in March 2007.
Since joining IBC, Ms. Davies has worked on behalf of private and public sector clients including governmental, educational and real estate accounts. Her services include insurance policy analysis, coordination of competitive insurance request for proposals (RFP) projects including risk management audits and preparation of insurance coverage specifications, as well as providing continuous advisory services for clients.
She began her insurance career in 2001 as a risk management professional. Prior to joining IBC, Ms. Davies was employed by the largest health care insurer in the Mid-Atlantic region. She held the Supervisor position for the Corporate Risk Management department. Responsibilities included overseeing the corporate insurance program, including coverage assessment and placement, risk assessments, as well as the corporate safety program.
Ms. Davies holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University in Philadelphia.
She has earned her Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and has obtained her Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
She is a member of the Maryland Chapter of CPCU and is a prior member of the Board of Directors for the Society of Risk Management Consultants. Jaclyn also supports the Membership Committee for the local Chesapeake RIMS chapter.
