COCKEYSVILLE, MD – Angela Hubbard, previously an Administrative Assistant, has been promoted to Technical Analyst within the Employee Benefits division. Angela joined IBC in 2014 and has grown her skills from performing daily operational tasks in an administrative role, to developing and perfecting her analytical and technical role, becoming an integral part of the Employee Benefits Practice.
