Mr. Levine is an Associate Consultant for Insurance Buyers' Council, Inc. He joined the firm in 2024.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Risk Management and Insurance, as well as an Actuarial Science Certificate, from the University of Georgia. He recently graduated, completing courses in Commercial Property and Liability Insurance, Employee Benefits, Corporate Risk Management, Actuarial Probability Concepts, and Theory of Interest.

Mr. Levine holds the designation of Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and is working to obtain his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

Mr. Levine works closely with the Property & Liability, Actuarial, and Pooling and Group consulting teams. His role includes underwriting prospective pool members, loss run analysis, assisting in insurance renewals, contract review, and issuance of certificates of insurance.
