Mrs. Hubbard is a Technical Analyst with Insurance Buyers' Council, Inc. She joined the firm in 2014.

Angela joined IBC in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant with 13 years of extensive experience providing professional support at multiple levels. Through the years, Angela has grown her skills from performing daily operational tasks in an administrative role to developing and perfecting her analytical and technical role, becoming an integral part of the Employee Benefits Practice. She has the proven ability to adapt to industry complexities as well as the ever-changing dynamics of the market.

Angela collaborates closely with our Employee Benefits Consultants and has been instrumental in streamlining processes and workflows to manage deliverables accurately and on time throughout the year — including marketing analysis, plan design analysis, claims projections, utilization trends, proposal reports and presentations, research, group insurance contract analysis, competitive bid analyses, analysis of benefit features and rates for existing and new plan options, implementation support, and preparation of carrier and client correspondence.

Prior to IBC, Angela was the Executive Secretary to the Dean of Students at a private school in Baltimore County, Maryland. She is currently a Candidate for the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) program sponsored by the Wharton School.
